At the start of your project, a representative of our Estimating Department will work closely with you to determine costs and scheduling. The Estimating Department is responsible for all phases of project estimates, proposals and contract administration and will work closely with you to coordinate project implementation with Field Operations.

Contract performance is managed by the company's Field Operations, which coordinates the physical work with the Estimating Department and the owner's representative. Field Operations oversees project scheduling, construction and quantity calculations.
