An experienced well rounded construction professional, Bill started in the industry in 1978 working as a Project Engineer and Estimator for Kirst Construction Co. in Altadena, California. In 1983 Bill joined R.E. Hazard Contracting Company as an Estimator working closely with Bruce Hazard.

In 1998 Hazard Construction Company was formed and Bill continued his career at Hazard as an Estimator for Private and Public works construction. Proving himself as a valuable asset, Bill over a short period of time advanced to Vice President of Estimating and then to his current role as Executive Vice President.

Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1978.

Bill spends his time remodeling vintage homes, golfing and traveling.

Bill enjoys mentoring a new team of professionals at Hazard Construction and oversees the management, selection, estimating and negotiation of various types of construction projects.
